COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The course covers all disciplines recognized by the DAMA International standard, included in the Data Management Body of Knowledge 2nd edition (DMBoK), and is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their expertise in Data Management. This course is designed for experienced professionals and aims to strengthen their knowledge of various information disciplines within the Data Management field. Additionally, it can be considered the first step of a Professional Certification Program, introducing the participants to prepare for the CDMP certification exam.

BECOME A CDMP – CERTIFIED DATA MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL:

- The course covers all the knowledge areas outlined in the DAMA DMBOK standard by DAMA International.
- Learners will be provided with the knowledge, methods and techniques focused to gain familiarity with the CDMP exam format, including access to practice exam questions.
- The course is the first step to start your path to become CDMP Practitioner or Master, introducing to the requirements for further specialist exams designed by DAMA International.

Data Management Fundamentals

Course to help professionals to consolidate the foundation of the different information disciplines across the complete Data Management spectrum and introduce them to the different levels of the CDMP

Day 1

Data Ethics, Data Architecture and Modelling, Data Storage and Operations

Day 2

Content and Document Management, Data Security, Data Integration and Interoperability, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence
Big Data and Data Science, Data Quality, Metadata, Master and Reference Data Management

CDMP Certification:

Understand the syllabus for the CDMP professional certification
Revise the key areas for the Data Management Fundamentals examination.

Course fees:

9 190 NOK for DND DAMA Norway members, until May 6th.

10 990 NOK for non-members, until May 6th.

From May 6th, 2024 onwards, the fee is 10 190 NOK for DND DAMA Norway members, and 11 990 NOK for non-members.

The course fee does not include the CDMP exam fee (standard rate 311 USD) as taking the exam is optional.

We offer you the DMBoK PDF version of the book at a 20% discount from its regular price.

It is highly recommended to purchase and revise the DMBoK in advance of the training and before a certification exam in order to get the best learning experience from the training.
